Make the Personal Decision to Reject Fear

Fear can be a very powerful emotion in our lives. It can drive us to avoid intimate relationships, ignore opportunities for professional advancement, view everyone we meet through a lens of suspicion, or even keep us trapped in our own homes behind chains and deadbolts.

During the Great Depression, President Franklin D. Roosevelt reminded his fellow Americans that “the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Through this statement, the president was encouraging people to be bold and confident in their own abilities during unprecedented times of difficulty in our country. Subsequent political leaders seem to have forgotten this wise piece of advice from our 32nd president. We are now told from our elected officials in Washington, D.C., as well as the 24-hour cable news stations, that we need to live in fear of war, terrorism, global warming, the recession, too many government programs, not enough government programs, the swine flu … even each other. How can we reject these daily cries of fear that surround us?

You have the power within yourself to conquer fear and enjoy a life that is filled with love and contentment. All you need are the tools to unlock the subconscious mind and learn from the peace that its wisdom offers. Clinical hypnotherapy is a safe and effective means through which you can overcome the fears that affect your life, as well as other challenges such as lack of confidence, addictions, panic attacks, insomnia, and many others. I would like to be your partner as you start down this important path towards inner healing. Please take a few moments to learn how hypnosis can help you. Then, I hope you will contact me with any questions and we can discuss a plan to bring you a whole new life. Why wait another day?
